Positives:
The location was convenient, right across the street from the park.
Negatives:
Everything else. Took an hour to check in because of their system being slow, there was a line out the door. The room stunk, the bedding stunk, the bathroom was technically clean but dingy. The carpet had holes in it. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The price was great for the room we stayed in. Check in was fast.

Tops of things were not clean. Tops of pictures/mirrors. I COMPLETELY understand that these things are easily overlooked. Also, the waffle batter was too thin and didn't cook right so the inside of the waffle was raw. Just observations. NOT complaints.

Looks like renovations just halted and are in incomplete. Peeling office chair, stained arm chair, torn carpet, dirty walls in bathroom, low water pressure in kitchen sink. Bed was so hard it hurt to sleep on it. Considered canceling and finding another place to stay.

Front Desk Manager--Dipesh--found an error that I was aware of when booking via Booking.com. He told me the steps to take and he and Booking.com were able to fix it immediately. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
Floor tiles in my bathroom need to be replaced. Bathroom sink has a leak. (Note: I did not report either issue.)

The staff are terrible! The property isnt clean they steal things from you and the DOUBLE charge you and then they charge you extra money for ZERO reason you try and call a manager and the guy will tell you sorry hes not here and gives you the run around. Just stay somewhere else its not worth it.
