The basin faucet leaked in a steady stream. The bathtub faucet handle was falling off, only the top plug worked on every outlet. We had to unplug the lamps in order to charge devices. They supplied one tiny tube of shampoo for 2 people for 4 nights. The coffee pot was dirty.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. I recently moved away from area and because of "local" address on my ID not many places will rent to me, but this hotel has NEVER refused me when I'm venturing through.

they called me down to the desk twice, saying my picture didnt match what was on my reservation? and charged me 20 dollars for 1 extra person. It was insane. She was definitely rude and was eating and spitting popcorn out the entire time. highly unprofessional. I manage hotels in Grove City, Ohio & if my employees ever treated a guest as i was treated there would be disciplinary action
