No hot coffee, dirty room, very few staying, almost every piece of furniture were scratched and not maintained. I don't know how Booking.com can rate this as good.

My guess is this facility is decided to close soon and they just try to salvage without maintaining.

The front desk people were super nice

When we got into the room, we found two small dead cockroaches and a wasp on top of the AC. The AC was extremely loud, and the floor was dirty. I also found two hairs on my pillows, and my husband found dog hair on his bed. The beds weren’t comfortable at all.
They gave us a room on the first floor because of my dog, but it was not clean at all. Two rooms down from us, there was an open room with the TV blasting loudly. The back door to enter the building was filthy.
We had to leave at 4 a.m. because around 2 a.m. someone was banging violently on the door next to ours and we couldn’t felt back asleep (which wasn’t the hotel fault), and the smell of marijuana was very strong the whole time.
For the price wasn’t worth it.
We paid $27 pet fee.

The easy access off of interstate 81.

The sheets that had not been changed from the last guest. I had to gather up all the sheets and take them to the front desk to get all fresh sheets, blanket and pillow cases. There were all dead bugs in the corners of the room and bathroom.
