The place was spotless and they made sure I had a room convenient to the lobby as I requested.
They called me up to ask about my request.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. This wasn't a true pleasure trip. We needed a comfortable place to stay while we visited my sister in the nearby nursing home. It was nice and quiet and the breakfast was very good. We will come here again when we visit my sister.

Size of lobby, and dining area is totally inadequate for the size of the hotel.
During breakfast time, all tables are being used by guests and you have to wait for a table to open up before you can sit down.
Lobby area has zero seating area for guests.
