Construction Work till 11:15 PM in the room next to me. Phone lines in the room are either disconnected or cut, tub was Missing the non slip stickers so I fell and I was in a handicap accessible room. This was not a good experience for me.

This is the first hotel that I've been to where I could not get a cup of tea. Yes, I came back tired and cranky and I just wanted a cup of tea with cookie. That's a stupid, little, thing but it really turned me off to your hotel. The front desk could not get me a tea bag and there were none in the room. Another small item but since I was ticked off already it was a bummer, handicapped room, already in the shower, realized with pump body wash I needed a wash cloth. They were all the way out in the sink alcove. Not happening. Need them in the shower room.
