Positives: Apartment was clean and the check-in quick
Negatives: Before booking, I asked for a room that is facing the parking lot (to have a more quiet room). I got a noisy room at the first level facing the street. I asked for a different room but there wasn't any other available - I found this surprising because the parking lot was almost empty. In addition, the walls appear to be very thin as I could hear my neighbor snoring, which has never happened to me before.

Negatives: This was an emergency stay due to an electrical fire/power outage at our apartment. I was with my 15 year old son, so I made an online reservation for a two bedroom suite. When I got there, I was told there were no two bedroom suites, so they gave us two separate rooms instead. This meant that my 15 year old son was in his own room, across the hall and two doors down from me. I was VERY nervous about this, but didn't have time to try and find another place to stay, and it would have been very uncomfortable for my 6'2" 15 year old son to share a queen-size bed with me (and the sleeper sofa wasn't a real sleeper sofa -- he wouldn't have fit). He was ok, but I barely slept because I was worried about him. I was surprised and disappointed that the property thought it was OK for a 15 year old to be in a room by himself. I wish the website had been consistent with what they actually had available -- we would have chosen to stay somewhere else.

Positives: I liked the location and that the hotel accepted pets. The staff was super friendly and greeted me every morning! Check-in/out was very easy. The room was clean, had a full kitchen and working desk. I did not get to use the gym but was glad to see that the resource was available. I could see that updates/repairs are being made which is nice
Negatives: The exterior is dirty (trash, cigarette butts, alcohol bottles all over). People would leave secured doors propped open. The air conditioner worked only from the actual unit (the thermostat controls were broken). The refrigerator needs to be repaired. Would be nice to have the breakfast service back and secure the grounds so that people do not loiter. Repair and enclose the trash area.

Positives: I very much liked the kitchenette. I loved the four burner stove/oven. Even though it was small it worked great and made cooking easy! I loved all the lights in the kitchenette.
Negatives: I stayed at this hotel because my fiancé is in the hospital and I live an hour away. When I checked in I gave a credit card for a 5 night reservation from Monday-Friday. Thursday I extended my reservation until Sunday and provided a second credit card for Friday and Saturday night. Saturday the housekeeper knocked on my door in the morning and asked me if I was checking out. I told her not until tomorrow (Sunday). A few minutes later my room phone rang and a man at the front desk asked me if I was checking out. I told him I was checking out tomorrow but I just found out I might need to extend my stay until Monday. Things were complicated with my fiancé being in the hospital so I wasn’t sure exactly how long I needed to stay. He told me he would just extend my stay until Monday and we could sort out the payments during check out. Sunday night at 9:30 PM while I was trying to sleep, the room phone rang. It was a different man at the front desk asking me about my credit card. I told him what the man said the day before. Then Monday at 9 AM the hotel phone rang and I was woken up by it and asked again about payment. I explained the entire situation again. He told me the man last night did not tell him he spoke with me. Then he told me there wasn’t a credit card on file at all. I told him I provided two cards. Then he said ,”Oh, I was looking at the wrong room. I see your cards now.” Then at check out I told the man (whom I spoke with that morning) again the entire story. He laughed. I told him I was annoyed and extremely disappointed about the entire situation. He laughed again. I didn’t have an issue with the room itself, but due to the constant bothering of calls and knocks on my door, their confusion with what I was telling them, no breakfast offered in the lobby, and the fact that I was laughed at, I am not sure I will stay here at this location again. Also I was charged a daily fee of $13.41 that I was not advised of during check in or at check out.
