Negatives: The room smelled bad. The heat didn’t work. The noise from the hallway was loud. The fridge was all dented. The pillows were gross. I was cold. I didn’t feel safe.

Positives: Room had separate bedrooms for privacy.
Negatives: The staff charged us a whole weekend stay as the incidental fee and did not explain the charges until after charging the card and the stay was already paid for through Charges were supposedly reversed and later that evening was charged again by the oncoming staff and had to dispute the charges that night at Midnight with staff (Asst General Manager) and Booking to get reversed again. Then following morning to find out from Bank the charges were not reversed and that left us charged for a whole weekend stay x2 ($1000) on hold on our card. Again went to office to clear problem even though we had proof that Booking has paid them and the current staff could not do it and get a hold of Asst Manager and handed us a card to call Manager which led me back to front desk. Had to go back to front desk and show him that number was the same as the front desk. So we ended up spending our vacation with limited funds due to their lack of customer service and the issue was not resolved even after checking out when they still said they released the charges. It took us having to call the Bank to stop charges and process 4 days after checkout. This establishment needs to be flagged and removed off of Its pretty bad if we had proved we already paid already and they kept insisting they didn't get paid and charged us for something that should of been between Hotel and Booking. It should not have involved us as the customer. If I had know this would have resolved by the following day I would have check out early and demanded a full refund. Do not get a room next to stairwell or you will get a call at 4:30am about a noise complaint without the staff verifying in person first who is making the ruckus.
