Had to change plans from 2 nights to 1 night. Christy, Cat and Greg were awesome and helped me through it.

Hotel was under construction renovation. I wasn't told of this when booking, so I was surprised upon arrival. There were some inconveniences as a result.

Missed it each day. Was a box breakfast!

The price was the highest I have ever paid. I called the front office to see if there was any senior discount, AARP, was told nothing. The hotel was under full remodel, the front door was the back door, no pool, a box breakfast,etc. The worker hung out by the back door and cooked, till 11 each night.

Positives:
We canceled. There was so much construction going on there was no entrance except at back. Loud noise and no access to main floor or bathrooms. Noo breakfast. This should have been an automatic information given at booking. Fortunately although a big hassle motel allowed cancellation with no fees Booking was more difficult. Had to hang on phone forever and big deal to cancel but we received our refund in the end
