Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

"The Sweet"
I stayed there for nearly a month. The staff was one of the reasons. They are caring people for the most part. They went over and above for me. The refrigerator is full sized and the laundry is free. Also, free coffee parking. They allow cash payments which is great and rare. I adore the staff. They were very down to earth. I would make them pizza and they made us cookies. The prices are great and the best deal in the area. Close to stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
"The Bitter" The Wi-Fi was spotty. I could only get it in the bathroom and in my first room, I couldn't get it at all. They had an issue with roaches that was annoying to say the least. The carpet had odors and was not cleaned. The cable had limited channels and after spending over $1,000 and being there a month, I was awaken to hard door knocks, chastised for checking out an hour late in spite of being a IHG member that requests a late checkout.
A tenant at the hotel had a hairy dog, that she never groomed or bathed and the odor literally made me and other people ill. The dog would smell up the entire first floor. The washer and dryers were broken, leaving only one working unit with a long line to wash. As I checked out after a month, I was informed abruptly, that I owed $5.00 and it was an oversight .That it was strictly business and they were just doing their jobs. I thought I earned more respect as I never shared the entire truth in previous ratings because I liked them but, they saw me as just a paying customer. That being said, I would definitely stay there again. It was overall, a memorable and treasured experience thanks to the staff and peace of the hotel. It was bittersweet but I choose to continue doing business because the sweet outweighs the bitter. Now that I know it's not personal, just business, I know how to make the best. This review is also, just business, not personal.

There was no breakfast offered. Room had full refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. I did not use them but it was nice to have them.
