The pool was too small. We arrived Friday PM and I had to ask if they were cleaning the room on Monday because they had not been in. Breakfast was overpriced with poor selection. We were at breakfast before 9 AM on the day were leaving so we wanted a quick breakfast and opted for the buffet breakfast. First we had to ask for plates even though the person was right there. The eggs were cold, the potatoes were not fully cooked. The sausage was cold. Selection of pastries and bread was pathetic. There was no waffle station. V

I loved the location.

Well, the room I booked and paid for was not the room I was given. I let the front desk know immediately and she said it was Booking.com’s fault. I called booking. They shared that it was on the property as they controlled the pictures that were represented. I sent photos of my room for comparison of the room I had actually booked. Booking tried for several days to reach the property and they did not respond. I overpaid for the room I was in. I will not be back, very disappointed.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel I'd ever stayed in and way below Hilton's normal expectations. Our bathroom had hair and dirt everywhere. It looked as if they hadn't even touched the bathroom between guests. I don't really like having housekeeping every other day, especially on a weekend like this where they knew 70% of the bookings were a soccer tournament playing in the pouring rain. So not getting new towels was frustrating. Even when asked, it took four attempts to finally get two clean towels.

I loved the staff, they were wonderful & very helpful throughout my stay there.

Now what I did Not like & was very upset about was that BOOKING.COM is falsely advertising rooms that this hotel does not have. I paid Almost $300 for a room that was suppose to have a whirlpool tub or deep tub inside. No room in that hotel had that but on the website that is what is being advertised. This will be my last time booking with BOOKING.COM & I do not recommend this booking site to anyone. That is absolutely unacceptable and that really made my stay less comfortable & enjoyable paying $300 for a basic room. Never again!!! However the hotel & staff was amazing & sadly they told me this has happened multiple times & that I’m not the only individual that had this same problem & they are advising people to complain. Very disappointed.

I made a purchase from the pantry located in the hotel I was charged for the purchase as well as an extra $9.50. I was told there was a glitch in the system and the money would be refunded to my debit card. I spoke to two staff members that assured with would be resolved and it has yet to be resolved.
