I wound up not staying at this hotel.
Negatives:
My girlfriend and I could not stay in the room. It smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that I started having an asthma attack. The woman at the front desk let us try another room but it was the same. We had to go to a different hotel.

The night clerk had no personality, cold. Parking lot gate by our room was locked so couldn't drive right in, had to go all the way around the building. Bathroom door the doorknob was falling out of the door. Floor behind toilet cracked and peeling up, also around shower floor and ceiling. Sink faucet handle didn't work properly. TV most of the stations were snowy, no channel ID's or numbers on the screen, no paper to give stations. Killed one cockroach when we got back from dinner.

The woman working the fest was so willing to help me without any aggravation or inconvenience in her tone and manner. There was not a good solution because of the shape that the hotel is in. Perfect location, I was so happy that location will be on future trips.
Negatives:
I opened door and turned on light and bugs scattered. The bedding had 20+ burn holes and were grimy. 2nd room was also disgusting and the 3rd room was still scary, but there was no more rooms and I needed sleep. I was glad that I had my own pillow and some bedding of my own.

The light over the sink did not work and the sink drain leaked so bad we had to use the trash can to catch the water and the hot water was just warm. We had to limit the use of the sink. We notified the front desk staff of the issues with the room

All in all this hotel served its purpose nothing fancy but nothing horrible either
