Decent hotel.. Stayed here a few hours on my way to Boston.
Positives:
The woman who checked us out asked how the stay was and I told her about all the issues, mainly the cleanliness. She gave us a discounted rate for our troubles and apologized profusely.
Negatives:
We had a late check in so we called ahead so they were aware. No staff on site when we arrived. Had to call to get someone to check us in. We were given a non smoking room as requested but when we went into the room, it stunk so badly like Marijuana and stale cigarettes. Went back down and requested a new room due to the smell. We were given a new room (and a few excuses but the smell was definitely inside the room). The new room was filthy and smelled. Almost positive the linens were not clean (see photo for what looks like a fresh blood stain to me) If it hadn't been so late, we wouldn't even have stayed.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean inside and out. I had to stay another night and they saved the room for me. Room was clean and organized well. Easy checkout.

The curtains and slits in them. You can see in or out from the sides of curtains.

We were very happy with our room. It was clean and tidy and had no odor. I booked it at the last minute and arrived about 10 minutes after booking. The check-in process went very smoothly!

The only thing that we were unhappy about was that the light switch at the door didn't work.
