Positives: I like the layout of the property and the rooms are cleans and new looking.

Positives: Rooms were large and clean. The smoking room I rented had no ashtrays besides that it was an enjoyable stay

Positives: Construction made access difficult. There was no breakfast, only coffee (it was good coffee). Room was clean, but doors and windows were not tight and allowed cool breeze to enter. During the night there was a loud argument outside out door that questioned our security. Thankfully it did not escalate and the arguing parties left the area.

Despite a busy lobby, he remained composed and attentive, ensuring that each guest received personalized attention. His professionalism and friendliness set a positive tone for the entire stay. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property to high standards. Throughout my stay, I encountered no issues or disturbances, thanks to the attentive staff and the well-managed facilities. Additionally, the location of the Red Roof Inn was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, my experience at Red Roof Inn was exceptional, largely due to the attentive service provided by the front desk staff and the overall quality of the accommodations.
