Convenience to the indoor shopping mall and within walking distance to restaurants and other stores, cleanliness of the facility interior and exterior, and room.
Negatives:
My room was on the side closest to 95. OMG, it was extremely noisey, especially at night! Never again! Prefer to be farthest away from that part of the hotel/inn.

Not the fault of the hotel, but elevators were not working. However, they did have elevator maintenace crews working through the weekend to try and fix them.

Nice Stop here, however there was an issue with the payment from Booking.com. They did not have the info, so I had to use my credit card, even after I paid through Booking.com. I believe I have been Double charged and am trying to resolve.

Although desk agent offered to provide room that was less noisy due to location of Interstate and nonstop traffic, it was quite loud. Roadway was maybe 40 yards from room looking out window. Will need to remember should we stay there again.
