Great customer service! I accidentally left a pouch with important documents in the room, but the staff was extremely helpful in sending it back to me. They were patient with my questions, and I am thrilled that I received my belongings in a timely manner. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the extra heating in the bathroom, especially during chilly mornings after showering.
Negatives:
The television screen is not the sharpest or newest. However, I noticed that when I took my glasses off, the picture quality improved significantly.
