Negatives: My grandson found a beer bottle top under the bed and there was some trash under the desk.

Negatives: There were a lot of truckers which made me a bit uneasy and the abandoned businesses around felt creepy

Negatives: The breakfast wasn’t as good as we were hoping.

Negatives: There were a few things I appreciated about the apartment—such as the location, the comfortable bed, and the internet access. However, overall, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: Poor communication: The hosts' tone in text messages was often rude and inappropriate. I didn’t feel respected as a guest. Misleading setup: This was my first time booking an apartment without seeing it in person. I assumed the bathroom would have a proper sink for handwashing, but there was only one very small sink used for everything—washing hands, dishes, etc.—which I found unhygienic and unacceptable. Lack of basic amenities: No laundry in the unit—they expected guests to use public laundromats. No vacuum cleaner—I had to use tissues and spray to clean the kitchen floor. No stove—I had to buy one myself from Walmart, which I left in the apartment for future guests. Cleanliness issues: The apartment, especially the bedroom, was dusty. It seemed like only the sheets were changed and the toilet cleaned. There were ants in the kitchen. I had to keep the area very clean to avoid an infestation. I sent photos to the host, and only then did they bring me a broom. Appliance problems: The small refrigerator didn’t function properly. Most of my food spoiled within two days. Checkout misunderstanding: I told Elijah ahead of time that I’d need 1–2 extra hours on the day of checkout due to my schedule and the amount of stuff I had. He agreed, and I left the key in the safety box around 2:00 AM. Despite this, they later complained, which I found unfair—especially considering I left the apartment clean and took all my belongings and trash with me. Parking issue: On the first day, I briefly parked on the grass near the door to bring in heavy items. Elijah asked me not to, and I immediately apologized and moved the car to the driveway. I did my best to be respectful.

Negatives: No breakfast as advertised at 6:00

Negatives: Truthfully, I feel the price is a little high compared to other hotels I've stayed in that are a little more up to date so to speak. I'm not complaining, just don't understand the high price.

Negatives: Bathroom fan noise.

Negatives: TV didn't work, request partial rebate

Negatives: My medication been taken out of my room

Negatives: The bathtub did not drain well, and the tub was very slippery.
