The location was great plenty of places to eat and close to beach.

The room smelled very old, it was as if they gave me the worst room with a view of the front parking lot because I used booking .com. The bathroom was not good at all, an old toliet with markings in the bottom and brown splatter on the wall next to the toliet. I had to call housekeeping to come and clean it. A pill was still on the floor in the bedroom, found that when i dropped my phone on the floor. The air condition barley worked, the room was humid.

Room nice although couch itchy. Set up very nice. The breakfast cook was outstanding making up for the Luke warm breakfast bar.

Customer service when arrival. Very rude and didn't explain what you offer since it was the first time we ever stayed at this location. Due to your customers' service, we will not be returning. It is a shame due to the overall view of your facility. Please train your young staff on customer service skills. It would make a better experience. She must know we are not coming there free it was paid for and in advance.
