Hyatt place was very disappointing. I booked my stay through Booking.com and, upon check-in, I provided my credit card for incidentals, which I was informed would only be a temporary hold. However, I later discovered that the front desk agent charged my card the full amount of my stay approximately $350—without authorization. I contacted the front desk the following day and was told the issue would be corrected, but no action was taken. I had to call two more times, and when the charge still was not resolved, I was forced to dispute it with my bank.
The condition of the room itself was bad as well. The ceiling had visible cracks with plaster falling off the walls,. Most alarming, the bedding appeared to be contaminated with mold. As soon as I laid down, I experienced immediate difficulty breathing. When I pulled back the comforter, I discovered visible mold throughout the bedding.
Another thing that really concerned me was that the door wouldn’t lock properly. I ended up having to buy a portable security lock just so I could feel safe enough to sleep.

Close to family and lots of restaurants near.
Negatives:
Room was dusty and needs slight updates. It just bothers me when I can tell that only the bathroom and bed are touched but no one has dusted the lamps or the partition in months. I wiped them off myself.

Gentleman at the desk spoke to me like he didn't want to be there or assist me. He had a bad attitude. I asked for water and he questioned if I deserved it. His words. Then altered his sentence to ask me " do you know your status?" Something I know he could see on the screen. After sharing my level he waved his hand dismissively toward the drinks cooler and told me "you can grab water from there if you want to."
