Positives:
Quick check in , no hastle. Staff was very polite and inviting made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect with in a walking distance to all amenities. Very clean and classy the room I booked was amazing. I recommend if staying in this time.
Negatives:
Only thing I didnt agree with was the trashcan outside the elevator. Some threw a bag of dirty diapers in that trashcan and it stunk up the whole hallway. I let the front desk know and they immediately took care of it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, blood on the wall, hair in the shower, left over food in the fridge and residents (who live at the hotel) asking for money.

Positives:
AC malfunctioning althrough room recently renovated and clean. Major problem is somehow someone had our digital key and attempted to gain entry while we were in bed, and only the manually engaged lock-bar prevented this from happening. Front desk seemed unconcerned and offered a flimsy excuse for staff not seeing the room number clearly displayed on the outside of door.

More concerned service personnel and a working AC unit.

Loved the location. Convenient to Interstate 81. Close to restaurants and gas.

The floors were dirty and the ceiling light in the bathroom would not come on it would only flicker. Floors and baseboards were dirty in the bathroom also.

My reservation called for two queen beds but there was only one bed. The front desk clerk was very helpful and was able to get a roll-away cot but sleeping on a cot isn't very comfortable. The room was very dated and not the cleanest (bathroom floor).
Negatives:
Room was very warm - 79 degrees, even after being in the room for an hour or so. Auto control was not operational, so it ran continuously. I chose to use a trick I learned in working with computers & internet - shut off at the thermostat for several minutes, then started it up again. Started blowing cooler air finally, but it ran continuously through the night. Not a full restful sleep...
