Positives: There is a lot of parking spots because the hotel doesn't have a lot of guests
Negatives: The manager was at the front desk and gave me a room with a broken AC. When I came back to the front desk to let the her know about the issue. She didn't apologized and just gave me another room. However, that one hasn't electricity! When I came back for second time she asked me if I checking out in a very rude mood. I told her I need a room because the lights didn't work in the room. She gave me another room without telling me a word. The room was in the second floor and the elevator didn't work, the room was a double full instead a double queen and the sink was clogged. I didn't complain again because the staff and the hotel are really bad. I'll will submit a complaint to booking to get the price difference between my reservation and the room they gave me

Positives: Location was great, staff were friendly
Negatives: Room in pictures seem nice, however room needs to be updated, furniture has dents and dings on it. Telephone is dirty I have stayed at other Hampton inns and this one needs some updating The outdoor lights mostly were not on so I felt unsafe when arriving

Positives: It was an easy location.
Negatives: The room was terrible! You could barely get in the doorway it was so narrow for luggage. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet ran most of the night until my husband fixed it. There was water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on a board. There was no maid service during our stay and I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper and extra towels. Will not be back! I expect more from Hampton Inn.

Negatives: We’re confirmed for an early check-in the night before our stay. When we arrived we were told our room would not be ready in time. On top of that, it wouldn’t even be ready by the standard check-in-time of 3:00 pm. We needed to get changed for a wedding so time was important yo us.
