Negatives: Chair cushion in the room was worn out and uncomfortable. We had to go to the building next door for breakfast. Lobby seating seems to be for pass-thru service, i.e chairs were hard and not meant for lengthy time seating.

Negatives: My daughter was traveling late at night between tn and ny they refused her to stay the night and hung up on me when I had called the next day to let them know it was unacceptable

Negatives: Room seemed to be clean. VERY strong chemical smell. Smelled like strong cleaner. Gave me a headache. Also needs an outside seating area.

Negatives: The beds were so uncomfortable. The pillows were small and lumpy. The floor was sticky. It needed a good scrubbing. None of us got any sleep.

Negatives: We booked the Ramada by Wyndham in Harrisonburg for Parents Weekend at our son’s nearby college and were very disappointed. When we arrived, our first room was not well maintained, the air conditioner did not work, and there was a strong pine-scented cleaner smell that seemed intended to mask other odors. Later that evening, the room next door had a group of men playing loud music and drinking. When we raised the issue at the front desk, we were told the motel is “normally used by truck drivers” and that the guests were “just enjoying their time.” While we understand people relaxing, the noise made it impossible for us to do the same. The staff did move us to a quieter section, which we appreciated, but the second room still felt less than clean and could use more thorough upkeep. On top of that, the price was shocking. A property that typically runs about $77 per night was suddenly over $300 per night for Parents Weekend—far too high given the condition and overall experience. Hotels.com and Booking.com should reconsider listing this property at such an inflated rate. For the price we paid, we expected much better and would recommend choosing a different hotel.

Negatives: Our door did not close properly and the internal safety latch could not be used. The door was a definite security risk. The TV did not work in our room and one of the beds had dirt in the sheets.

Negatives: In the room, the hard floors looked just fine, however, the floors were not clean. My white socks turned black as I walked in the room. I wouldn't go bare foot. You can't just run a mop over the floor; you have to pick up the dirty water. I noted this to the clerk at check-out.

Negatives: The room did not look like anything in the online photos. The room was filthy. The room was very small. Huh!! the bathroom was filthy, so small, a fat girl can't turn around. Totally requesting refund
