Positives: The property was conveniently located adjacent to the interstate and nearby commercial establishments. Staff at check-in and check-out were very cordial. One pet can stay free of charge. The hotel requires guests to reside beyond 30 miles from the hotel.

Negatives: I do not like the policy of a security deposit for room damage by credit card until reversed at check out. Given the lay of the land, outside parking is elevated above the entrance. The entrance is accessible by steps only, unless you walk around on the driveway, which makes luggage handling cumbersome with either option.
