Location was great. Rooms were nice and well equipped. We had a two room suite and there was so much space.
Negatives:
The breakfast was disappointing. When I asked the woman at breakfast for gluten free options she didn’t really know what to say. She said I couldn’t eat anything except Cheerios and she gave me a packaged chocolate dessert muffin. I asked about the eggs and bacon and she said no. It didn’t make sense. I had yogurt and a banana. She wasn’t trained on it.
We went down in our last night to go swimming and use the jacuzzi. After skiing all day we just wanted a nice hot soak in the jacuzzi. Well, it wasn’t working and the water was cold. The water in the pool was cold too and the pool area was cold with no humidity or anything. The front desk woman was so nice and came to flip some switches in the mechanical room, she even called a maintenance worker at home to try to fix it, but nothing work. So we swam in the cold and were all disappointed.
