Positives:
Location is good, the place is clean. The front office manager in the morning was very courteous.
Negatives:
I arrived very late at night after 17 hours in the road, couldn’t even see that their key cards have the little arrow on the opposite side from the one you are supposed to insert into the key. So I couldn’t open the door, had to go back to the reception. The young girl working there wasn’t too customer service oriented. She did go back with me to the room and opened it for me. When I walked in, I felt that the room was freezing and I told her that, but she was defensive about it, didn’t offer to help me (turn up the heat, or at least turn on the lights while I was trying to figure out how their A/C worked). Once I got the A/C working, it warmed up the room but also it like that there was no air to breathe. The tile floor in the bathroom remained freezing cold, I had to line it up with towels just to be able to walk there.

The level of cleanliness of the room. Bathroom tube needs to be updated, it has stains that won’t come out. Over all room needs a deep clean, behind night stand was loaded with dust and someone’s clipped finger nails

I liked the location near the highway... although this last trip it took longer and the route was more convoluted due to road work between the motel and the highway, I think... I don't know, it was dark and there were lots of road interruptions on the way... but that's not the fault of the motel! All I needed was a place to sleep for the night before I headed back home after visiting my elderly mother in Connecticut. This was a good place to stop for the night. I've visited here several times before. I am familiar with the Sleep Inn and what it offers. Lots of lighting in the parking area, and there is parking all around the building.
Negatives:
Still, parking spaces are just a little difficult. I had a time finding a place to park, but again, probably because I got there later than I'd expected. I did find one, however. I was only slightly disappointed with the breakfast the next morning. The waffles were good this time, but the scrambled eggs were flat. I can't recall about the sausage... the potatoes... but there were many other breakfast choices. Over all, it was a good experience for a motel night and morning.
