I called this online company called travluor for 54.54$ and I gave the motel my information and I was asked for my card. When I checked out I noticed I was charged 56.32$ figures r only one night
Saturday I accidentally scheduled a room online and immediately tried to cancel it. Just to find out I could not do it because the manager is not on duty so I couldn’t cancel in less than 5 minutes. I was now being charged and I am in Alabama not Virginia trying to explain. Sent a letter and now just called and was informed Muriel was going to be in from 11-7 instead of 3-11

The staff working at desk was rude, from the time I pulled up, though I was in the wrong parking, she could’ve been a little bit more friendlier to ask me to move…I didn’t realize I parked in The veteran reserved space… And after I move car… It was no type of friendly greeting from her, two steps inside the door, she stated
“Do you have reservation”.. as to say if not why are you here… So with all of that, I decided to go else where to spend my money ….

I am 74 years old. I am a type 2 diabetic with problems with my feet and legs. When I checked in the staff informed me that I would be on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. There are no elevators. I explained that I had bad legs and feet to climb 3 floors. Her response was, "Its easy. Youd can walk it". I will write a letter to AARP and a couple of other senior websites and make sure that no senior ever stays here again. The room was musty and smelled terrible. I guess that is what happens when you have a 3rd world people who buy a rundown hotel.
