No complimentary breakfast or coffee. Charge for everything. Greedy management! Spend money where you ae treated with value, respect, and appreciation. Not just for your money!!! I've been all over the world staying in 5 STAR Hotels, this place want to be luxurious but they forget about Customer Service to their customers. It's all about getting your money here. They don't realize that people love to give their money if they are treated well. Need to fire the management or rebuke them.

I booked for my neices wedding, the entire wedding party stayed there. I drove from Philadelphia, Pa my booking was incorrect. I booked Friday to Sunday for Mother/ daughter wedding trip. I was told my room was only for 1 night, I asked if I cold add another night to be near all the family festivities, I was told no. After the wedding & reception my daughter & I had to chk out by 11 am to find another hotel. It was 45 minutes away & since I’m not from the area & too tired to drive back to Haymarket, we missed the luncheon & send off dinner. The other hotel was not a Hilton & it just ruined the entire weekend. I wish they could have given us a room for 1 more night
