I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Negatives:
I didn't like how dirty the room looked and was. It's old and needs remodeled. Stains on the walls. Management never replied to my request to speak to them. Front desk staff not helpful at all. Their answer to every question was, I don't know. No kitchen items in room. Had to request from front desk. Room phone didn't work at all. Went to office for items, was told they had no frying pans. Gave me a coffee maker with the piece missing that holds the filter and coffee. Everything about this place was horrible and I would not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. And it was not cheap. The WIFI and TV was broken. The staff lied and told me I could get a refund. Which never happened. The location did not seem safe. They had two doors and a phone outside. At a certain time, they lock one door and tell you to use the other side door. I wonder why? Must be the unsafe location.
I wonder how they are still in business. And I am surprised that Bookings.com has them on their listing. It was a bad experience for me. I would not recommend anyone to pay for this location nor bring their family here.

Extended stay, though polite, missed the mark on cleanliness and the patrons were nothing less than transient and inconsiderate. My party including myself were apprehensive to unpack our bags. In short, we arrived around 7p and found another accommodation by 10p (same evening).

I had to be switched to another room upon arrival due to broken phone and smoke detector continuing to beep. The 2nd room had a very old sunken in bed that hurt my back so bad I could hardly walk by the end of my stay. I asked for 2 extra wash cloths the last night of my stay and was told they didn't have any. I also used a dampened paper towel to get something off the floor only to find the floor was black with dirt like it hadn't been mopped in months. I tried the dampened paper towel in several places in the room to see if the rest of the room was dirty as well, which it was. I told the front desk and was told they would get it cleaned, which never happened. I made a video showing the filth. I also pointed out whoever stayed in that room before me had smoked in it as I could smell it. I also found a plastic wrapper from a cigar on the dresser, which I pointed out to the front desk. I also pointed out to the front desk that people keep smoking Marijuana and cigarettes all in the entrance ways and hallways. It was disgusting! I'm allergic to Marijuana smoke and get a headache instantly and will also get blisters on my top lip if it was very strong.. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. One of the nights of my stay, I was awakend at 1am with the fire alarm blaring until the fire department could arrive, investigate, then finally disengage the alarm.
