Negatives: This place is a joke. I literally didn’t feel safe in this hotel and asked for a refund on the next day. There fights so bad in the parking lot I work up at 3am and had to call the police.

Negatives: my original hotel in DC was unexpectedly not what they advertised online and I needed a hotel close by to DC because I was in for marathon. I realized that this hotel was an hour away from where I needed to be and I immediately called to see if I can get a refund. I knew it was nonrefundable, but I was hoping they would be understanding and they were not. Booking.com even tried to help to get a refund and explain everything and they verbally said they would refund me and only charge me one night but they couldn’t do it because “the manager” only could get into the system to do the refund. They went back on their verbal agreement with booking.com and I was informed that I would not get a refund at all. This hotel showed me that they do not care about their guests and showed how completely heartless they are to out-of-state travelers who have never been to the area, don’t know the towns and don’t know how distant certain towns are from DC. I took full accountability that I made the nonrefundable booking however, as I stated, I did not know how far away this hotel would be from where I needed to be in the center of DC. There was absolutely no hospitality from this hotel and this particular group of people who work in the hospitality business.

Negatives: The lighting in the room was not very bright. There was a long mirror that I could use but it didn't have a receptacle near the mirror so I could plug my blow dryer in. It was difficult because when my husband was in the shower I really couldn't blow dry my hair.
