Positives: Location of the hotel was fantastic for us and also ease of checking in/out. Ease of getting our luggage to our room by using the luggage carts. Everything in the room was very clean and the heating/air conditioning in the room was very easy to control and quick to respond. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and nice. The lady who gave me the dishes when I went to the front desk was also very nice, despite my less than friendly demeanor when I learned I also needed an ice tray.

Negatives: It is advertised as having everything you need- you know as an extended stay should be. Cabinets were completely bare - had to go to front desk to ask for dishes, silverware, ice tray (yes, I said ice tray - there are no ice machines in the hotel). I did feel like the sheets were not as soft as sheets I had felt in other hotels. The elevator had huge pictures of the hotel and the rooms showing well stocked kitchens - This was a daily annoyance as our room certainly wasn't equipped with anything in the kitchen area.

Negatives: Found 3 cockroaches, one was hidden in a bath towel so when I opened the towel the roach fell on me. I chose this hotel because it said breakfast is included, the breakfast is just a bag of instant oatmeal. I can’t eat oatmeal. And there wasn’t even any cold water to drink, just hot drinks. Don’t say you provide breakfast if the only option is a bag of instant oats and coffee…I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring all night, barely got any sleep. I’d rather sleep on the floor in the airport than pay to stay here again
