Positives: Room was clean, quite, and just what we needed for a 1 night stay.
Negatives: Staff was extremely rude about the no contact check-in not working. Making jokes and talking down to us. At checkout they charged me again for the room even though I pre-paid. They when I called the next day to get it fixed they charged me again. It took 2 more calls and almost a month to get most of these charges refunded all the while I got no apologies until the final manager. And even then they acted like it was my fault for using Booking dot Com. Then had the nerve to ask why I was still unhappy with the resolution. What resolution? I still had 3 charges on my credit card and a lot of time wasted telling them about thier mistakes. So finally the manager put a fee point on my loyalty account (worth abo$20). The mistake would have been a distraction if they only would have kindly and effectively resolved it. Instead I got bad attitude and continued mistakes. Don't blame me for your lack of training and bad attitude. I'm the victim here not you.
