Close to the airport, two big bedrooms, and clean

The staff were so rude. We sent a message through booking to have the shuttle service, and they ignored it for 2 hours. When I called them, they told me they have some problems with the van. Then, they ask me to get a taxi and they will pay for it. We did, and we arrived we found the van was working and full with groceries for the kitchen. We complained and they were so rude and didn’t apologize for the mistake.

The pool was great sincenit eas indoors. My baby loved it. The location was close to so many restaurants. They had free grubhub delivery to certain places

The bed felt too worn out. I sank and my baby would roll (he cant roll yet) when he hung out with us on there. The front desk had no communication and kept asking me about my situation over 4x when rach one of them said they noted it in their noted but it doesnt turn over to the next concierge.

We arrived at the breakfast at 9 am. Some of the breakfast items like the sausage and oatmeal were gone and no one brought anymore out. There was a line for the one waffle maker. No one wiping tables. Coffee was good!

Hotel was exceptionally clean with modern furnishings. It was an easy walk to the Metro station. Breakfast was very good, and all staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
