Very clean room, pet-friendly, and the breakfast was good, the main deskperson was helpful and changed our room due to the first room smelling very bad like smoke.
Negatives:
The bed mattress was very hard, bath towels had to be the worst I ever used it was like drying your body with sandpaper. Hand towels are softer than the bath towels. The refrigerator freezer didn't keep items cold.
The main issue is the bath towels
