I didn't like the fact that they wouldn't allow me to change my reservation date that I had made for that exact time instead of the next days check in time. I needed a room right then, not 13 hours later. They made me pay for a second room and then told me to cancel the other reservation. When I did that they will not approve my cancelation of the second room. TINY PARKING LOT AS WELL!!! SCAMMM!!!!! NOT AMERICAN!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
