Room was very nice - pretty spacious , very nice lighting with many options. Bathroom had everything you need even body lotion and it was very clean. Breakfast was very delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful. We got there before midnight- all papers for checkout were ready , and we were able to have some hot tea, and there was hot coffee too. Great stay.

Mexican roommate up late all-night singing and talking loudly. Walls are paper thin, I could hear everything including the sound of snoring. Did not get any rest and had to be up early sons Navy graduation.

Upon arrival to check-in, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. Initially there were 3 guest in line then one left because nobody came from the office or anywhere else. I stepped near the area behind the desk to ensure the employee wasn't hurt or in any trouble. Another family walked in as we were all standing there a while. We called the hotel's front desk from our phones and looked down the hall. Guest had time to sit and get on our phones and someone grabbed a cup of water. Still nobody showed up. I stepped a bit further behind the desk to look further into the office and that's when the employee walked in the building from the front door and begin to check us all in.

Room was dirty. Dead bed bugs and hair in the bed. We got another room, just to see the same thing. Also had dead bugs squashed on the wall. Apparently this is the hotel locals tell people to stay away from
