The staff at the front desk were nice.
Negatives:
The room was not properly cleaned- there was urine on the toilet seat and under it, mold in the coffee pot and no phone in the room to call the front desk. Beds were also VERY hard.

Nothing, this experience was horrible.
Negatives:
The room was filthy, there were cockroaches and other bugs everywhere, the room smelled. The towels were stained yellow and there was dirt spots in the pillow cases. Once we cleaned out the bugs, hair and dirt from the jacuzzi tub, and sanitized it we found that the jets were broken. The overall experience was awful and we left severely dissatisfied and feeling gross.

I only needed a place to arrive, sleep and get on my way 5am the next morning. While there was secure wi-fi and fresh coffee, I left early so the no breakfast didn’t matter. The comfortable king size bed had 4 pillows, I sleep with 3 pillows and while sounds from the hall and next room were evident, it was totally quiet by 9pm. From the parking lot, through the entrance and to my 1st floor room, it was all level. The staff at the front desk on both arrival and departure were efficient and when spoken to, friendly. The immediate area has many gas stations and restaurants.
Negatives:
There are no USB connections, typically in the lamp next to bed and fortunately I had brought my charger base, but still needed to move the side table over for cord tom reach wall outlet.

Positives:
When we walked in, it looked clean. Once we got to the room and turned the lights. It was roach city. Turned the lights on in the bathroom more roaches running around. No way I’m paying money to stay with roaches. Had to go to the hotel across the street might of been double the money but it was roach free.
Negatives:
The ROACHES!!!! I would have taken pictures, but they ran too fast.

Just coffee was available. No problem, that's what I've expected based on past years.

Roaches. I've stayed here for the past five Colonial Beach Bike Fests, have always been happy here. Since last year, they've developed a roach infestation. Not horrible, I think the wife and I killed 7-8 over the two nights we stayed there (it was supposed to be three), but, sorry, that's disgusting. Seriously rethinking our accomodations for next years Fest.
