Positives:
Location was convenient to retail stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Stayed 7 days and not once received any fresh towels or room service. Staff was nowhere to be found and front desk never looked up from her phone as people walked in and out of the lobby. The rooms are cheaply decorated and assembled. Absolutely not worth what we paid for the stay.

Pictures make it look large and clean but it was the exact opposite. Crap was all over the wall, comforter had a stain, sheets didn’t match and were dingy.

We actually requested this booking to be cancelled after we arrived for the first night due to the unhygienic nature of this place. Bed bugs and cockroaches throughout the room.
Negatives:
Bed bugs and cockroaches. The staff didn’t seem to care. Have not replied to my messages regarding cancellation and have still maintained the charge on the room even though we did not stay for the booking.
