The room was clean, and the location was convenient to the W&L campus. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go downstairs to get ice. A little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was tiny, and the sink area had very little counter space. Breakfast was disappointing, but we didn't go hungry. For what we paid, I expected a bit more breakfast.
