Having a breakfast available was great, not having a dinner available was not.. front desk staff upon arrival and departure were NOT as friendly as I remember from previous stays at this location.. they were rather short, dismissive and curt.. not welcoming at all, especially after a long drive..

The room originally assigned to us had standing water on the floor - a leak from next door. We were moved to a nearby room. However, the nightlight was broken and in the a.m. there was no hot water.

The holiday decorations were spectacular! We loved staying in the old manor part of the hotel. Breakfast was cozy and more bountiful than we expected. Staff was very welcoming.
