Night check-in woman was surly and unhelpful. When I asked what kind of breakfast they served, she simply said “hot”. Also, I saw two “stink bugs” in my 4th floor room - one was crawling on my arm in the middle of the night.

When I show up to check in, I was given a key to my room and when I unlocked the door, there was a man occupying the room. I apologized and went back to the front desk where the girl told me that the hotel is fully booked despite my reservation.

Amazing water pressure! The best of any hotel I¿ve ever stayed at! Everything about the hotel was fantastic!

"Suite" sized rooms are quite spacious, including kitchen table large enough for 5. Full sized frig/freezer is nice bonus. (Note suite does not have a separate bedroom, just plenty of space.)
Negatives:
Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards, with fewer options and cold eggs. Windows don't open.
