the only thing i liked about the property was the water pressure in the shower and how clean they kept the room

in total i got what i paid for because i wasn’t as mindful about where i was booking and that’s on me BUT the room was immensely small for a two bedroom. they originally tried to place me (i have breathing problems) and my grandpa (77 with health issues) on the third floor and that wasn’t something we could handle as there was no elevator on the property. once we got to the first floor where our new room was the room was small and the fridge didn’t have a thermometer and didn’t feel like it was cold.

I had to pay a premium price of $250 each night which was exorbitant for this hotel. There were stains on the carpet, the mirrors were dirty, the furniture was dusty and to top it all off, I killed a roach in my room on my second night. The cleaning ladies began cleaning before 7am each morning and you can hear them banging down the hallways and yelling to each other as they worked to clean rooms. They yelled as they knocked on guest rooms, "House Keeping, rise and shine!"
I do not recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

The bathroom was in bad shape. The tub had a cracked in it and the whole area seemed unclean. Also, the room was supposed to be "smoke free", but smelled of cigarettes.
