The room was not taken care of. Someone installed a floor length mirror cockeyed and there was no coffee maker, while there was a microwave and refrigerator ( that didn’t keep things cool). The only thing that was clean in our room was the beds. The shower, floors and surfaces were not clean. We arrived well after check in. Our room wasn’t ready due to a dryer breakdown. Tabitha offered us a free meal from the diner and that was sweet. While I understand things happen, there were 4 of us and two wash cloths. The carpet had not been vacuumed. We found either dog treats or turds on the floor. We love the little diner next door. We’ve stayed here many years ago and can definitely see a big decline. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Will not stay here again, sadly.

Staff friendly. Right beside Penny's Diner, which is very nice and where you check in at. Our room first floor in the back, we did not hear any traffic.
Negatives:
Our room was not made up while we were out, but we asked for clean towels. That was fine as we only there for 2 nights.
