My room was not properly cleaned. There was dust in the room. One of the towels left in the room was stained. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Someone tried to come into my room while I was in there. They booked someone in the same room.

Location was a key factor. Easy to get to. Free breakfast. Staff was courteous.
Negatives:
Microwave didnt work. On a few seconds and turned off. Sounded like a breaker tripped, 10 minutes later it mysteriously came on but still did not work. Then we find out last minute room service available only upon request. Hallway smells like weed.

There was no line for check in & we waited 45 minutes to get into our room because it was not cleaned yet. We finally got into our room about 3:50pm. Also, the room smelt musty.

Location. Breakfast system was good. Had plenty of room. Front desk people and manager were most helpful.

Yes. This is a relatively new property, but the daily maintenance is poor. For instance, carpets were not clean. Worst however, was that there were rings around the bathtub in our room. We would not take a bath in a dirty tub.
