The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. I also thought it had good parking and the hotel itself was clean and rooms had good space.
Negatives:
Our heater stopped working and we had to pack our stuff and be escorted to a new room the next night. I felt like it would have been easier if we could have been given the new key first and returned the old one when we were done situating our stuff. Its not like the old room could be turned over for a new guest. Also, we ended our business in Lynchburg early. I was told a note was put into the reservation that we left early. When I asked Booking.com to consider a refund for the one night, the staff at the location could not confirm the early departure. Even though the front desk said they added a note. I get that a refund was not guaranteed, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with the back and forth.
