It was 10 degrees outside and the heater in the room would only blow cold air. Room inside was probably 50 degrees all night. Nobody was at the front desk when I checked out to even notify.

I thought the broken heater was just a one-off thing but the heater in the 2nd room didn’t work either. It’s winter and well below freezing at night and the concrete floors are cold and the heaters in the rooms don’t work.
