Our hotel stay was very comfortable and clean, and the location was extremely convenient with all the local restaurants nearby. It made the entire visit easy and enjoyable.
Negatives:
While the hotel itself was very pleasant, we were not impressed with the staff. When we arrived, a staff member was outside smoking while we along with another guest and her four children waited at the front desk. She saw us but chose to finish her smoke break before assisting anyone, which felt unprofessional. On Sunday morning, when I went down for coffee, there was no fresh coffee available, and the staff member at the front desk appeared to be asleep and snoring. These experiences took away from what otherwise could have been a more enjoyable stay.

Close to family. Bed was ok. Restaurants close by.

Pool was closed, which was the only reason I wanted to stay here. The sign claims it is for renovations but judging by how the entire hotel needs an overhaul, my assumption is that they don't want o pay for the upkeep on it. The breakfast was extremely lacking. There was a sign from where their used to be a waffle station, and a water line from where there was a juice machine. They offer none of that now. They have a half broken toaster and some bread and muffins, boxed milk (not fresh), no juice. It is obvious they are cutting costs to make more money off of the guests. The material on the booth seats in the breakfast area are all torn apart. The curtains in our room didn't work. The pillows were deflated. One lady at the front desk was chain smoking all night, causing the lobby and halls to smell like cigarettes. I come to this area frequently and will not stay here again, nor would I refer family to stay here.

bed was fine, rooms were clean. staff was friendly. good water pressure in shower. towels and sheets were clean and the refrigerator and microwave worked and were clean. Parking was well lit. Coffee in the lobby was good.

The pool was not working and was closed, we did not find out until arrival. The bathrooms in the lobby were locked. Breakfast was very scarce - few choices. It felt like they were trying to serve the absolute minimum. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, looking moldy. sink was very slow to drain and the toilet ran all night
