The hotel was located in a convenient location for quick travel locally and to I-66. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was a variety of breakfast foods available every morning, freshly cooked protein and even vegetarian options free.

Very noisy. Room was very dated. Curtain missing and holes in the light blocking curtain. Staff was very helpful and pleasant - when you could find someone. Updating definitely necessary.

The smell of thc on the third floor when I arrived was ridiculous, not sure why you don't just have a smoking floor and put smokers up there and not disabled service dog owners with the smokers on that floor.

Pool was cold and heater broken. Room was not as clean as it could have been. We also did not get the room we booked. We booked a studio with a sofa bed and got a double queen only. Breakfast was lacking. Very few options and just very bland.

I did not like that the hotel said they were charging a refundable one time 50 fee for incidentals. They charged a temporary $---per day at one point I had $---tied up in the bank. I just glad that I had money in my account. The room was all prepaid.

I had to switch rooms 3 times! The first room had a non-working shower. The second room has a door that was obviously broken into and I could not lock it securely. Even the extra latch was broken. The third room was ok. The pool has broken heater

just the room service, don't make room on a daily basis, and they might skip even though we ask for it. Breakfast options are very little. More important thing hotel management didn't respond to my queries on book.com and I had to book one night earlier, as I didn't get any feedback on the early check in on time.
