Positives: The size of the room.

Negatives: Price increased by 300% is ridiculous. The elevator and hallway smelled like smoke also I called and requested a handicap room and didn't receive one. The water took at least 5 minutes to get hot. I've stayed here at least 5 times but this was the worst and will not stay again for these astronomical prices and low quality. There was a woman nodding off like she was on drugs at entrance of the hotel.

Negatives: Staff was rude and inappropriate. Rate charged for our second nite exceeded the rate we booked for. We were continually hassled because our dog barked a couple of times. Supposedly pet friendly hotel with an excessive pet charge of $75. Dogs do bark so what did the staff anticipate, that our dog would never bark? We were treated so poorly I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again nor recommend it to anyone.
