Hotel needs an upgrade. When we got off the elevator on our floor with our cart loaded. There was s housekeeping cart blocking the way. No housekeeper in sight. We had to move it ourselves. The in room coffee filter didn't fit the machine. Room smelled musty. Bedding was dingy and old.

Right by the front door somebody let their dog leave two deposits and didn’t pick them up. And it was still there in the morning. Also, quite a few cigarette butts. And the concierge in the morning was in a dirty sweatshirt hoodie with a cap on. Very unprofessional. The hotel had been upgraded, but if you took the stairs, you could see how shabby things were. The upgraded rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast was good. I don’t understand why they have little pillows on the bed. They’re like throw pillows that you’re supposed to sleep on. The bed was very comfortable.
