Positives:
The breakfast was good. Eggs, waffles, cereal, potatoes, toast, yogurt. Very nice variety. I was pleasantly surprised that our 2 bedroom unit had two bathrooms that was a major plus! There was a common area with a table and chairs, sofa and kitchenette. Everything was clean. The beds could’ve been a little more comfortable. They were on the firm side. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Location of breakfast was fine, quality was mediocre at best although the coffee was good. Especially liked the the courtyard.
Negatives:
You MUST address your elevator issues! Just one working elevator is unacceptable for the number of rooms, particularly when the cleaning staff uses the same elevator to move their carts as well.

Positives:
Great location near supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store and restaurants. Very easy walking distance to all amenities. Easy parking; amazing staff; great breakfast and free welcome drink on arrival.

Positives:
Free parking, breakfast, and laundry. Beautiful courtyard. Kitchen facilities with microwave and fridge. Iron. Beautiful flower trees in front of the property.
Negatives:
No amenities like toothbrush and paste, slippers, hair dryer in the room. Initially the heat wasn't working, but they turned it on after we mentioned it. The doorknobs and taps are showing signs of aging.

Positives:
I like the property’s location: ease of access, parking, area restaurants and activities. The greenery is also very nice. The staff is also fantastic!
Negatives:
Owners need to invest in refreshing the property. I was shocked at how worn/peeled the dining room chairs are. And finally the property is officially down to one working elevator - has been a recurring issue so I hope they make that investment. Overall, this stay the property looked worn down. It deserves better.

Positives:
Convenient location when traveling to DC. Value for money, I guess. Friendly front desk staff. It was nice to have plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses in the room kitchenette.
Negatives:
The lighting in the room was dim, and breakfast was poor. I wish there were at least some tomatoes or cucumbers to go with egg and toast. Plastic plates and cutlery (but this is American hotel corporations caring zero about environment, not just this specific place).

Having noisy AC units in the bedroom was very disturbing.
Once a week room cleaning was not sufficient; moreover, the cleaning staff was good only in making the beds, not cleaning of the floors.
Having to ask for toilet paper each time was annoying.
