I have already sent a letter giving an over-all discussion of the cock-roaches, asphalt on my shower curtain; that is after I called the desk to request one. After that, the flies pretty much doomed my efforts to overlook many of the issues as I was determined to make it a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, they had to move me to a different room as the flies were more than I could contend with.

The stray cats outside were cute, and the sun rise outside the window was nice… that’s it.

Smelled bad, customer service was iffy… extra charges on BOTH cards that didn’t even make sense & were not authorized, elevators didn’t work the whole stay, coffee machines were not on in the morning, I could honestly go on… just know I will NEVER return again.
